How Long Does It Take?
We submit your Certificate of Formation to the Delaware Division of Corporations the same day we receive it (or the next business day, if you order service on a weekend). We file using 1-day expedited processing so that your LLC gets formed quickly.
The Delaware Division of Corporations will issue a stamped, approved certificate either the same day or the day after your filing is entered into the Division’s online system. When we receive your stamped certificate, we’ll email you with a copy immediately. A copy will also be available in your client portal.
